Definite values and energetic corporate culture advance Starlite growth
In 1996, Starlite launched a corporate cultural program called "Starlite Progress 2010." It is a project designed to "create a corporate culture that is one step ahead of the times." One of the goals of this project is the penetration of common values that will serve as the basis by which our corporate management (activities) are executed. We refer to these as "Starlite Values," and we are undertaking various activities to realize this value and to ensure that the members of the company share it.
The "Starlite Values" is comprised of the "Heart of Starlite," which is the basis for every aspect of our values, our "Basic Ideals," our "Management Ideals" and our "Action Guidelines," which provide the direction for our business activities, and our "Vision," which describes how we wish to be in the future. As we make large strides toward the future, the "Starlite Values" represents expressions of our values that serve as a specific and reliable guide. In 2007, we have begun revising our "Vision" and have started it anew as "Starlite Progress 2017."

All people aspire to be happy.
The enterprise exists with the mission bringing peopleÕs aspiration into reality.
Hence, the enterprise is a social system whose role is to fulfill the expectations of people and society.
Pursuing its own mission, Starlite has been playing its role.
The mission of Starlite is that of its members who work within.
As long as we, members of Starlite, carry out the respective mission, we are playing an important role to bring happiness to people and society, where the social raison d'être of Starlite is confirmed.
And, it will bring us joy and pride.
This brightly colors the happiness that each of us is seeking.
